About Aaron and Amy
Aaron has a non-traditional wine making background, one rooted in "garagiste" wine making and a dedication to self study, criticism, and constant tinkering and refinement of his process. He is dedicated to making wines with a distinct sense of time and place, which he believes can only be achieved through sourcing of high quality fruit, native fermentations, and low-intervention winemaking techniques. Aaron has been making wine and cider commercially in San Francisco since 2013.
Amy has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, and event planning in the wine and spirits industry, working in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco. She has wine credentials from both the Court of Master Sommeliers and WSET III Advanced certification.
